• How to clip quickdraws to bolts outdoors
• How to build simple toprope anchors on 2 bolts
• How to clean and lower off outdoor sport routes without leaving gear

• Participants must be Lead Climb and Belay certified at Sportrock, or possess an equivalent level of experience and skill
• Outdoor experience not required

Any gear not listed here will be provided to participants for no additional charge. If you have your own climbing gear that isn't listed here, you are encouraged to bring it.

• Belay device of your choice
• Athletic clothes you can move and stretch in

We’re committed to providing a valuable learning experience, and we want to ensure you get the full benefit of this hands-on class. If you’re running 15 minutes or more behind, your payment will be transferred to a standard Day Pass without instruction, and you will not be permitted to join the class. No refund will be given. Due to the interactive nature, it’s essential to be present from the start to keep up with the instruction. In order to receive a full refund to the card used for initial payment, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. Any cancellations made after that point will receive a credit for the full value of the class to use towards future class bookings at Sportrock. Rescheduling for a different time is always allowed.
