we’re bringing cold plunge tubs to the Sportrock Rio patio for an afternoon of climbing, plunging, and summer recovery vibes. Take a dip, reset, dry off, and head back inside for more climbing.

Self Defense Workshop and Fundraiser

Empower yourself while supporting women in our community! Join us for an impactful, beginner-friendly seminar where you will learn essential self-defense skills using the fundamentals of Muay Thai. You will learn controlled striking techniques, practical dynamic movements, and situational awareness tactics.

Best of all, your participation creates real-world change: 50% of all ticket sales go directly to Bethany House, a local shelter providing vital safety and resources for women.

Kitten Yoga

Sportrock Rio is partnering with Freckles Foundation & Animal Rescue for two back to back sessions of yoga and adoptable kittens (for ages 3+). After class, the event space transforms into a public Adoption event from 1:15pm-2pm where anyone can come in and meet the kittens.
