Are you making plans for your epic climbing trips this year, or counting the days till it’s warm enough to hit the local crags, or just want to learn more about outdoor climbing? Join us! Come meet other outdoor climbers, swap beta, and make plans for climbing season together!
All outdoor and aspiring outdoor climbers are welcome!
The Potomac Mountain Club (PMC), a non-profit based in Maryland, was previously the Mountaineering Section of the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club (PATC). We have been the premier rock climbing, ice climbing and mountaineering club serving the D.C. Metro area since 1937. We are a diverse group of local climbers who share a common interest in promoting environmentally responsible climbing and having fun while doing it!
$15 Day Pass for Not-Yet-Members. Rental equipment included.
Any gear not listed here will be provided to participants for no additional charge. If you have your own climbing gear that isn't listed here, you are encouraged to bring it.
