Cold Plunge Day
Chill out — literally — at Cold Plunge Day!
On Sunday, August 16th from 11 AM–4 PM, we’re bringing cold plunge tubs to the Sportrock Rio patio for an afternoon of climbing, plunging, and summer recovery vibes. Take a dip, reset, dry off, and head back inside for more climbing.
The cold plunge experience is free for members. Guests are welcome and regular day-pass rates apply for climbing. Plunges are first-come, first-served and all participants must sign in before taking the plunge.
Bring swimwear or quick-dry clothes, a towel, and your brave face. We’ll provide the cold water, timers, and good vibes.
