Want to try something new? Our monthly Speed Climbing Clinic, a two-hour session designed to help climbers build the skills, technique, and confidence needed to improve their speed climbing performance.
Led by experienced speed climbers, this clinic covers the fundamentals of efficient movement on the speed wall, including proper warm-ups, route sequencing, body positioning, and techniques for climbing faster and more consistently. Participants will also learn ground-based drills and exercises that can be incorporated into regular training, along with practical strategies for structured practice between sessions.
Whether you're trying speed climbing for the first time or looking to shave precious seconds off your personal best, this clinic provides the tools and coaching needed to take your climbing to the next level.
