Participants will also learn ground-based drills and exercises that can be incorporated into regular training, along with practical strategies for structured practice between sessions.

Crack Climbing EssentialsCrack climbing is a unique and essential skill for any well-rounded climber. This class introduces the techniques, movement, and mindset needed to confidently climb cracks of all sizes. Participants will learn proper hand, finger, fist, and foot jamming methods, body positioning, and strategies for conserving energy on vertical and overhanging cracks.
Whether you’re new to cracks or looking to refine your technique, this class will give you the tools and practice to tackle everything from thin fingers to wide hands. By the end, you’ll have a strong foundation to build on and the confidence to apply crack climbing skills both indoors and outside.
Recommended for climbers comfortable on 5.8 and above. All equipment provided unless otherwise noted.
Fear of Falling & Soft Catch ClinicA hands-on, two-hour workshop that helps climbers overcome the fear of lead falling by building trust, mastering soft catches, and developing confidence through progressive, instructor-led fall practice.
