Intro to ClimbingIntroduction to Rock Climbing is a great way to try everything the climbing gym has to offer.
Instructors will teach you the basics of bouldering (the shorter walls) and manage the ropes while you climb the tall walls top rope climbing. We will also walk you through how to use the auto-belays, so you can climb the tall walls on your own!
Top Rope BelayingOur Top Rope Belaying class will teach you the essential skills of managing the rope so you and your climbing partner can climb the tall walls at a Sportrock facility. Once you’ve got those skills down, we welcome you to stick around and practice under the supervision of your instructor. Successfully mastering the skills in this class will prepare you to pass our Top Rope Belay Test on your next visit.
Climb With an InstructorEnjoy the thrill of climbing while our instructors guide you every step of the way! They’ll share tips and techniques to help you feel confident on the wall. Perfect for climbers ages 5 and up, each reservation is a 60-minute block for up to 4 participants, ensuring plenty of time for everyone to climb.

Crack Climbing EssentialsCrack climbing is a unique and essential skill for any well-rounded climber. This class introduces the techniques, movement, and mindset needed to confidently climb cracks of all sizes. Participants will learn proper hand, finger, fist, and foot jamming methods, body positioning, and strategies for conserving energy on vertical and overhanging cracks.
Whether you’re new to cracks or looking to refine your technique, this class will give you the tools and practice to tackle everything from thin fingers to wide hands. By the end, you’ll have a strong foundation to build on and the confidence to apply crack climbing skills both indoors and outside.
Recommended for climbers comfortable on 5.8 and above. All equipment provided unless otherwise noted.
Speed Climbing ClinicWant to try something new? Our monthly Speed Climbing Clinic, a two-hour session designed to help climbers build the skills, technique, and confidence needed to improve their speed climbing performance.
Led by experienced speed climbers, this clinic covers the fundamentals of efficient movement on the speed wall, including proper warm-ups, route sequencing, body positioning, and techniques for climbing faster and more consistently. Participants will also learn ground-based drills and exercises that can be incorporated into regular training, along with practical strategies for structured practice between sessions.
