SRPI Adult Training LabSRPI Adult Training Lab

Train with intention. Climb with purpose.

Join us for the SRPI Training Lab at Sportrock Performance Institute on Saturday, May 16 from 4–8PM — a structured, coach-led training session designed to bring performance-focused development into a community-driven environment for climbers of all levels (16+ years old).

Modeled after our performance programming, this session blends mock competition bouldering and tactical performance analysis to help you become a more confident, efficient, and intentional climber.

Participants will take part in a mock bouldering round, followed by a guided debrief where climbers work directly with an SRPI coach to analyze their performance. This review will focus on understanding both the setter’s intent and perspective, as well as the movement choices and execution required for each problem. SRPI coaches will provide hands-on instruction and individualized feedback throughout the session to help translate these insights into more effective climbing strategies.

Climbers will be grouped into league-based divisions aligned to SRPI Member League levels:

  • Division 1 | ~V2 and under
  • Division 2 | ~V3–V4
  • Division 3 | ~V5–V7
  • Division 4 | ~V8+

Whether you’re newer to structured training or looking to sharpen your competitive edge, this session is built to meet you where you are — and push your performance forward.

Saturday, May 16: 4PM–8PM
SRPI (Alexandria, VA)
Open to all levels (league-based divisions, 16+ only)
