Private Event

We staff groups according to a set instructor‑to‑climber ratio (1:5), so it’s best to book for the maximum number of climbers you expect. If you need to add climbers, please let us know at least two weeks before your event - otherwise we won't be able to accommodate them, and they won’t be allowed to climb for safety reasons. If you need to reduce your headcount, notify us at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial refund.

Gratuity is Always Appreciated but Never Required! We can only accept cash tips for our instructors.

Any gear not listed here will be provided to participants for no additional charge. If any participants have their own climbing gear that isn't listed here, they are encouraged to bring it.

• Athletic clothes you can move and stretch in

Up to 10 Participants: $400

Additional Participants (11+): $38 each

In order to cancel or reschedule your event, you must contact Sportrock at least 14 days prior to the event. There is no refund if you reserve a group event less than 14 days in advance. If you need to reduce your headcount, notify us at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial refund.
