Ascend Athletics
Ascend is galvanizing a generation of young women to become leaders in their communities and address the crisis of gender inequality. Through transformative experiences in mountaineering, health education, and community engagement, Ascend helps girls and young women build self-confidence and courage.
We’re empowering refugee, trauma-affected, and disadvantaged women through access to rock climbing, outdoor education, recreation, wellness education, and personal development.

Any gear not listed here will be provided to participants for no additional charge. If you have your own climbing gear that isn't listed here, you are encouraged to bring it.
