On Us
On Us is a new club for black climbers that actively removes barriers of entry into indoor climbing for black people. We're inviting black folks of all levels to climb with us and grow our climbing community inside and outside the gym. We're working with Sportrock to provide tangible incentives for black climbers to return to climb again and again. Invite your friends and family every first and third Thursday at 6pm for 45 minutes of rope climbing, 30 minutes of exercise and socializing, then 45 minutes of bouldering. Jump in and out at any time during the meetup to make new climbing friends in Rio.
$15 Day Pass for Not-Yet-Members. Rental equipment included.
Any gear not listed here will be provided to participants for no additional charge. If you have your own climbing gear that isn't listed here, you are encouraged to bring it.
