Mats, props, and any other gear needed will be provided to participants for no additional charge. If you have your own gear, you are encouraged to bring it.

If you are not yet a member, you can still participate in our classes by purchasing a Day Pass. Your Day Pass purchase gives you full access to the facility for the entire day of your program, so feel free to come before your class or stay late!

The following groups are eligible for a discounted Day Pass (verification required):

• Youth (under 18)
• Students (18+)
• Military
• Teachers
• First Responders

We’re committed to providing a valuable learning experience, and we want to ensure you get the full benefit of this hands-on class. If you’re running 15 minutes or more behind, your payment will be transferred to a standard Day Pass without instruction, and you will not be permitted to join the class. No refund will be given. Due to the interactive nature, it’s essential to be present from the start to keep up with the instruction. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to helping you make the most of your time with us!

In order to receive a full refund to the card used for initial payment, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. Any cancellations made after that point will receive a credit for the full value of the class to use towards future class bookings at Sportrock. Rescheduling for a different time is always allowed.
