Introduction to Climbing - is a great way to try what the gym has to offer.

Instructors will teach you the basics of bouldering, going over safety and risk management, as well as helping you improve your climbing technique to get you confident with climbing on your own!

Climbing Techniques

Now that you have a foundation of climbing skills, it’s time to narrow in on techniques!

Building upon the basic skills you already know,  Climbing Techniques expands upon the basics, breaking down the importance of body positioning, hand and foot placements, and explores the importance of reading and understanding climbing beta. 

 

Breaking the Plateau

Struggling to progress your climbing abilities on the wall? 

This class will explore more complicated techniques, such as heel and toe hooks, that will build your confidence on your projects. This class is for anyone with a base foundation of climbing knowledge, but is looking for more assistance in their progression and breaking their personal plateaus.

 

Footwork Clinic

Footwork is the foundation of climbing techniques. This clinic is designed to help you get acquainted and familiar with the most important footwork techniques to turn you from a beginner climber to a pro. 

 

Slab Climbing Clinic

This clinic is designed to get climbers acquainted with a different style of climbing, slab.

Our instructors will guide you through in depth about balance on and off the wall, improving footwork through precise placement and intention, as well as allowing for exploration on the wall.

 

Dynamic Climbing ClinicDynamic Climbing Clinic

Learn to generate power from the whole body and use momentum as a tool in climbing. Whether dynamic movement is a strength or weakness, this clinic will provide specific insights on how you personally can improve on the dynamic climbing style.
