All members on a household membership must live at the same address.

If members do not live at the same address, dues will automatically adjust to the standard rate and the difference in sign-up costs will be billed.

Full-time college students receive a waived activation fee and discounted monthly rate.

All students must upload an unexpired student ID. If we are not able to verify the ID, dues will adjust to the standard rate and the difference in sign-up costs will be billed.

ID's must be reverified every 6 months. You will be notified prior to expiration. Failure to reverify will result in dues automatically adjusting to the standard rate.

The Military membership is for active duty and veterans

Active-duty and veteran members of the US Military receive a waived activation fee, waived freeze fee due to deployment or reassignment, and one additional guest pass each month.

All Military Members must show the front desk a valid Military ID after sign up. If we are not able to verify the ID, dues will adjust to the standard rate and the difference in sign-up costs will be billed.

Actively employed K-12 teachers receive a waived activation fee.

All teachers must upload a valid Teacher ID (or other proof of employment). If we are not able to verify the documentation, dues will adjust to the standard rate and the difference in sign-up costs will be billed.
